Elf tutu turquoise

Tulle skirt to fit your magic Christmas elf or 12 inch doll.  Hands must be cut on elf in order for sweater to fit.

Tutu is made out of tulle material.  This item is handmade on my embroidery machine in my smoke free home.

If you would like different material and/or thread colors than what is pictured please send me a convo with your request. If I have the materials available I will be happy to customize for you!
