FAQ

TURN AROUND TIME:

  • Items that are listed as "in stock" are available for immediate shipment. 
  • Orders for items that are posted on the page, but are "out of stock" can be ordered.  These will be made on demand, upon request. Standard turnaround time for custom orders is approximately 14 calendar days. If you need an order sooner, please contact us to ensure that we can accommodate you.  A rush fee and/or additional shipping charges may apply. 


REFUNDS: 
Due to the custom nature of our items, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for personalized items. Please ensure all name and/or monogram information is provided correctly before placing your order. In order to ensure that you are satisfied with your order, you can expect a proof within 48 hours of your purchase.  We will only begin stitching your order once all changes have been made and you are happy with the final proof.  If an error is made on our part, please contact us immediately upon receipt of item. We are happy to replace the item free of charge in this circumstance.

SHIPPING/ TAXES:
We are required to collect sales tax for all items sold in North Carolina. This will be applied automatically if applicable. If you are in the Charlotte area and would like to pick up your item, please choose the local pickup option at checkout to avoid shipping costs. We will contact you with pickup instructions when your order has been fulfilled.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Keyfobs, clutches, and other vinyl items are surface clean only.
  • For Elf shirts, pajamas or custom shirts, I recommend washing shirts in COLD water on delicate, hanging to dry. and lightly ironing the appliques/monogram on the back side of the design.
